OASIS is considered a "membership" for marketing purposes. Payments are processed by Thrivecart and Stripe and are "subscription" payments.
Payments are automatic and recurring.
Your will be billed every month, or every 3 months - depending on the plan that you have selected.
You will continue to be charged unless, and until, you cancel your subscription.
No refunds will be granted for prior payments made.
No refunds will be granted if you do not make use of the membership.
You will be able to cancel your membership using the client portal. You can also update payment information via the portal at any time. If you prefer, you can email moc.gnihtyreveegnahcstel%40areem to cancel your membership.
No refunds will be granted if you 'forget' to cancel.
We will make multiple attempts to recharge the payment method on file if your payment is declined on your due date.
If we are unable, after two attempts, to process your membership renewal feel, we may cancel the membership on your behalf.
If you have opted for a membership plan that includes 1:1 calls, it is your responsibility to book (and attend) the calls allocated to you each month. Outstanding calls that are not booked may be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for forfeited calls.
If you are unreachable for 21 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your membership. No refunds will be granted in this case.
