  • Cancel your subscription

    You can do so directly in the fugly Thrivecart portal at THIS LINK.
    Please note, we will not issue refunds for any prior payments and the cancellation will apply to the upcoming billing cycle. 
    If you have a quarterly (3 month) subscription, the cancellation will take affect after the 3 months have completed. You will not be charged once your 3 months is over if you cancel.
    If you cancel, any booked appointments that are after the current billing cycle (which ends on the day that you are typically charged) will be canceled as well.
    Work reviews and asynchronous communication will be available to you until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • What is asynchronous communication?

    Messages, images, videos, files and voice notes exchanged via Voxer/Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email etc.

  • Will we meet on Zoom?

    You will have the option to RSVP for a 15 minute check in via Zoom during either (or both) of the allocated office hour sessions each month. 

  • What are work reviews?

    You will have access to an online form that will allow you to submit one item to me for review each week. This could include content/articles, a website or sales page, branding assets, a proposal, email sequence, social media profile etc. OR you can provide me with information and ask me for ideas :) 

  • What if I want to cancel?

    You will be given a self-service cancelation link so you can cancel directly via Stripe at any time. Please note that if you opted for a 3 month subscription, the subscription will be canceled AFTER the 3 months. 

  • Can I get a refund if I don't use/don't like this offer?

    Because I am setting aside time for everyone who participates, NO REFUNDS will be issued once a purchase has been made - even if you have failed to make use of this service. If I don't hear from you within 21 days of sign up, I will cancel your subscription on your behalf. Again, no refunds will be granted. 

  • What if I don't like working with you?

    Welllll....I don't want to be rude, but statistically speaking it is far more likely that I won't like working with you than it is you won't like working with me. And since I am pretty picky about who I let in my world, I have a feeling we will get along just fine. If not, you can cancel anytime. 

  • Do you have a money back guarantee?

    Nope. This is a very risk free way to try me out. I am setting aside time for everyone who joins. My time is money. As is yours. Don't act like you haven't risked more than $450 on oodles of programs, courses or coaches. If you aren't ready, you may want to try booking a 60 minute 1:1 Thought Partnership Session ($350) instead. You can do so here.

  • What if I don't know what to say/ask?

    If I don't hear from you, I will proactively check in with you via your designated communicated method at least once per week. I will also check messages via your chosen platform at least one time each day between Monday and Thursday. 
    You are responsible for making use of your membership, don't fall silent. If you do not respond to weekly check-ins, or share questions/thoughts and seek support, this does not change the terms of this offer. You will still be liable for payment. You will not be eligible for a refund if you don't 'show up'.
