What is asynchronous communication?
Messages, images, videos, files and voice notes exchanged via Voxer/Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email etc.
Will we meet on Zoom?
Nope. Video calls/Zoom meetings are NOT included in this offer. We will communicate through your ONE preferred messaging channel (Voxer/Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email). You will be able to indicate your preference on the intake survey.
What exactly is included during these 3 weeks?
This offer is for 3 weeks of ASYNCHRONOUS thought partnership with me (Meera Balouchi) via your preferred communication method (Voxer/Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email) + 2 work reviews/audits. Work reviews/audits are forfeited if not requested within 24 days of purchase.
What are audits/work reviews?
You will have access to an online form that will allow you to submit one item to me for review each week. This could include content/articles, a website or sales page, branding assets, a proposal, email sequence, social media profile etc. OR you can provide me with information and ask me for ideas :)
When does our 3 weeks start?
The 3 weeks will commence 3 days after this order has been completed to allow time for connection and flow to be established via the designated communication channel. PLEASE NOTE, it is your responsibility to complete the intake survey and respond to my outreach promptly. Time will not be held if I can not get a hold of you.
Can I get a refund if I don't use/don't like this offer?
Because I am setting aside time for everyone who participates, NO REFUNDS will be issued once a purchase has been made - even if you have failed to make use of this service.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Not on this offer. I am setting aside time for everyone who joins. My time is money. As is yours.
What if I don't know what to say/ask?
I will proactively check in with you via your designated communicated method at least once per week. I will also check messages via your chosen platform at least one time each day between Monday and Thursday during our three weeks together. Response time can be up to 24 hours.
You are responsible for making use of your 3 weeks, don't fall silent. If you do not respond to weekly check-ins, or share questions/thoughts and seek support, this does not change the terms of this offer. You will still be liable for payment and service will be deemed delivered 24 days after the purchase has been made. You will not be eligible for a refund if you don't "show up".
