90 minute planning session
Will will start our time together with a 90 minute planning session.
During this session I will get familiar with your business, and your goals - life and capacity planning included!
We will:
● Choose a point of focus (one business objective) for our time together● Inventory existing assets and opportunities in your business● Align assets/opportunities with your current season in business AND life● Map out a plan to refine/create a business asset to support your goals
Calls are held on Zoom and are recorded via Fathom. These calls will also be loaded into a private client portal for you to access as needed.
What if I don't know if this will work for me?
Two things.
First, submit an application and I will review it to see if I can be of service to you. If I do not think I can help you, I will let you know that!
Second, booking this 90 minute planning session is the first step to working with me in ELEVATE. It is a $750, non refundable, no obligation booking. If, after our session, you decide you do not want to move forward, you will not be obligated to continue and will not need to pay the remaining program fees.
Bi-weekly 1:1 meetings (if deisred)
The week of our 90 minute planning session counts as week one of our time together.
After this meeting, you have the option to book a 45 minute session every other week (up to 3 times during our six weeks together).
During these sessions we will assess progress against our plan, address any obstacles, and work together to create or edit materials as needed.
If you prefer not to have additional calls on your calendar we can work together via WhatsApp/Voxer/Slack/Email (you choose your favorite).
Can you meet with my team?
Ongoing consulting with me does have a provision for me to meet with (and even lead meetings with) team members.
However, ELEVATE is designed both to get you the momentum you need to grow with ease and joy AND allow me to fully understand your business and personal goals.
So yes, we can see other people. But not yet...It is best that we work together exclusively during this initial co-creation period.
If you decide to continue to consult with me past these six weeks, not only will I be able to meet with your team but I will also be available to provide them ongoing feedback on their implementation of any initiatives we are working on.
Business (or personal brand) asset optimization/development
We will optimize or develop a business asset to better serve your clients and support your growth. Leverage and doing more of what works is always priority.
Examples of assets could include lead magnets, sales pages, speaker funnels, personal brand sites, podcast or book funnels, automated sales pipeline follow up, course or program design etc.
Please note: Complex projects may require a phased approach where we start with one piece of the entire puzzle.
If you know you WANT A WEBSITE - yes, we can do this in ELEVATE. The pricing starts at $4,500 for design + copy and the timeline is 8 weeks.
What if I need more "hands on" support?
2+ decades of experience has taught me that a strategy for solo and small team supported business owners is only as strong as its alignment with business and personal goals. AND often a business has existing assets that can be better leveraged before creating new things! Unpacking all of this takes time. ELEVATE provides an important foundation for any next steps. Once we complete our six weeks together, you will be able to choose an ongoing consulting or thought partnership package that works best for you.
Ongoing asynchronous consulting
Big businesses have teams for a reason. No matter how incredible you are at what you do, we can all benefit from a second opinion - especially that of someone who understands our goals, appreciates our season in life, and is trained in the fundamentals of business success (online and off).
In addition to our 90 minute planning session and bi-weekly 45 minute meetings, you will have 3 additional ways to get my feedback or work through decisions Mondays - Thursdays.
1. Work Reviews.
When you want me to look at a link or file/document related to the plan we complete together based on our planning session, you will want to submit a work review. I will send either written or video feedback to you within 2 business days.
You can also use this as an opportunity for feedback on work that contractors or employees are completing for you - simply indicate that you would like me to direct the feedback to them in the work review form.
2. Private access to me via your preferred communication program (Voxer/Slack/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email). This is the perfect way to brainstorm, brain dump, or ask follow-up questions about my feedback on your work reviews or topics discussed in our planning session or follow up meetings :)
Side note: This is also the best place to connect with me if you want to work through a personal feeling/decision/moment (I'm not a life coach but I have had clients request a "bit of life coaching" and I am always happy to help.)
3. Our shared workspace.
I will create either a Google Doc or Notion space (your choice) where I will keep anything that we are working on for you to refer back to and ask questions/comment on. You will be able to tag me in this workspace with questions or ideas anytime.
How do I submit a work review?
There is a simple online form you can complete at your convenience.

How much is ELEVATE?
The investment is six weeks of your time and focus, and $3,500. There is a non refundable booking fee of $750 to schedule the 90 minute planning session. The date of this session starts our time together (counts as week 1). The balance of $2,750 will be invoiced in the sixth week and will be due within 7 days of the invoice date.
What happens after ELEVATE?
If I think it makes sense for you I will invite you to continue on as a private consulting client. I work in 90 day cycles and the fees range from $2,500 to $5,500/month with implementation. Strictly thought partnership (no implementation) is $1,000/month.
What is the difference between ELEVATE and Wing Woman?
ELEVATE is a low risk entry point into Wing Woman. If you are considering Wing Woman, ELEVATE is the place to start! In Wing Woman, we work in 90 day cycles, with strategic planning/priority setting sessions every 90 days, bi-weekly 45 minute meetings, and ongoing asset optimization/development in line with our strategic plan. The investment for Wing Woman ranges from $2,500 - $5,500/month depending on project depth and speed of implementation. Most clients find their needs are met at $2,500 - $3,500 month.
Why do I have to apply?
Because I don't want to waste your money :) OR my time :)
What is asynchronous communication?
Text and/or voice communication via Voxer/Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp/Messenger/Email etc.
Will we meet on Zoom?
Yes, the 90 minute planning session and bi-weekly 45 minute meetings will be held on Zoom.
What are work reviews?
You will have access to an online form that will allow you to submit one item to me for review each week. This could include content/articles, a website or sales page, branding assets, a proposal, email sequence, etc. It should be an item that is directly related to the scope of focus we outline in our planning meeting!
Can I get a refund if I don't use/don't like this offer?
Because I am setting aside time for everyone who participates in ELEVATE, NO REFUNDS will be issued once a purchase has been made - even if you have failed to make use of the consulting or show up on calls. I have split the service into two payments - the first is the $750 booking fee for the 90 minute planning session. If you do not wish to continue after this session you will not be obligated to pay the program balance of $2,750. That fee, however, will not be refunded. The balance of $2,750 will be invoiced during our last week together (week six) and will be due within 7 business days.
What if I don't like working with you?
Welllll....I don't want to be rude, but statistically speaking it is far more likely that I won't like working with you than it is you won't like working with me. And since I am pretty picky about who I let in my world, I have a feeling we will get along just fine. You will probably figure that out by the time we run through our planning call, at which point if you tell me within 3 business days of our call that you do not wish to move forward I will release you from the program and you will not be charged for the balance of $2,750.
What are your qualifications?
I have been mentored by the best of the best in many areas. I am certified in online business strategy; funnel strategy, copy and design; LEAP consulting; and legal/information design. I also have an MBA (that I aced at 23 years old) and have consulted since 2003. I have hundreds of coaching hours. I have also spent over six figures in ongoing education/training and consulting and stay on top of trends in on and offline business so you don't have to :) My emotional intelligence is off the charts too - because 10 kids :) Autism. ADHD. Marrying into a country/culture/language I knew nothing about. Etc. :)
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Nope. This is a very risk free way to try me out. My time is money. As is yours. Don't act like you haven't risked more than $3,500 on oodles of services, courses or coaches. If you aren't ready, you may want to try booking a 60 minute 1:1 Thought Partnership Session ($350) instead. You can do so here.
